when I wear my face mask?
I wear my mask during my work in the hospital, and private practice as well as whenever interacting with patients&athletes obviously!
But also whenever going to the (super)market, post office, bakery or any place where I’m likely to interact with groceries, products, check out counters and people outside my bubble.
I cover up as soon as I enter the store and stay covered up untill back home and 🧼👏🧴
apart from the obvious spreading of germs it witholds me from touching my 👃🏼👄 👁until my hands are properly disinfected again.
Depending on the situation I switch between type op mask.
>When I have a healthy young person in front of me I wear an FFP2 of FFP3 mask to prevent getting infected by an asymptomatic carrier.
>When I'm in contact with a person at risk I want to prevent him/her to get infected by me (as I might be an asymptomatic carrier as well) so I wear a surgical mask.
